Along the way, there have been several “hiccups” in my basement that KT has seamlessly managed and communicated how he addressed them. I felt no stress, when I might have felt a lot more stress as I have in the past with other contractors. He has been incredibly responsive with every single one of my questions and concerns, and has done so happily and promptly. When I needed feedback on choices, he voiced his opinion. Our project manager KT, is always on his A game! His attention to detail is superb. We are totally blown away with how our kitchen turned out.
Carpet in the rental house is gorgeous! They removed and replaced 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs in about 6 hours. Super fast and wonderful to work with.

“The Genesis Contracting team didn’t just do a renovation of our kitchen; they performed a makeover miracle! From the moment we first sat down with Kehl, we were impressed that he listened to all of our ideas and truly understood our vision. To build on our ideas he made great suggestions from his own experiences. It was a true collaboration and most importantly, he respected our budget.
Once work began, we found everyone on the Genesis team was great to work with and they were just as professional as Kehl. He kept the job moving to meet our schedule and was there at least a portion of the day every day. If he wasn’t there to give us an update at the end of the day, he would give us a call each night to share in the progress and to update us on what work would be performed the next day so we never felt in the dark. As in any construction project there were some surprises along the way that weren’t anticipated but Kehl and his team went above and beyond to make sure the project was completed on time.
We couldn’t be happier with the results and Kehl’s attention to detail, and we plan to work with him again. We would highly recommend Genesis Contracting.”
